Reference Catalogue of Exhibition

Dear participant of “IDELF-2008”!

“BIZON” ECG, is pleased to advise you that the company “A. Sutter Verlagsgesellschaft mbH” is responsible for producing the official catalogue of the exhibition and deploying the Electronic Information System “ELEXIS” during the exhibition work.

Please, note that the registration fee entitles you to 2 b/w pages in alphabetical list of exhibitors of the official catalogue (A5 Format). The same information will be placed on the official site of the exhibition at www.idelf.ru for one year period and in the Electronic Information System “Elexis” at the exhibition fairgrounds throughout the exhibition running. We are also glad to render additional services: to place the company’s colour logo or advertisement in the alphabetical list of participants and also print your entry in colour (Application Form ¹1).

Moreover, using the list of exhibits and services in the catalogue you can better inform the public about your company’s profile. Every participant of the exhibition can publish the material on the company under one or several rubrics (indices) (Application Form ¹2).

To enhance the company’s presentation quality you can place advertising materials in the most attracting places in the catalogue - on covers and dividing cards (Application Form ¹3).

Electronic Information System “Elexis” installed in the exhibition pavilions can help the visitors to locate the exhibitors using various search codes: the name of the company, country, exhibited products and services. Different kinds of placing advertisements in the Electronic Information System allow the exhibition visitors to find your company’s stand in the shortest time (Application Form ¹4).

Application Form ¹1. Alphabetical list of the exhibition participants.
Application Form ¹2. List of products and services.
Application Form ¹3. Advertisements in the catalogue.
