During 4 years of the Contest National Security holding 334 enterprises and organizations (including 16 from abroad states) and persons greatly contributed to mater of state security provision became holders of the honorary title “Laureate of the Contest National Security” and were awarded with the prestigious golden medal “Guarantee of Quality and Safety”.
REGULATIONS FOR THE CATEGORY “MEANS OF STATE SECURITY PROVISION”
The Contest is held within the frameworks of the International Defence Exhibition IDELF and is aimed to give an incentive to organizations and enterprises greatly contributed to matters of state security provision.
Laureates are awarded with the golden medal “Guarantee of Quality and Safety” with the right to use the logotype of the medal (the logotype is a registered trademark) on companies labels, products (products related documents) and with the Diploma of the Contest.
The Contest Committee is headed by the Head of the All Russia Society of Quality Gennadii P. Voronin.
The Contest Committee includes the specialist of the Ministry of Defence of Russia, Ministry of the Interior of Russia, Federal Security Service of Russia, Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation of Russia and from other federal executive power bodies and structures.
Contest results are summarized after two months from the exhibition closing.
Information on the Contest holding and on its laureates is spread by Mass Media.

• Participation in the international exhibitions;

• User’s and ivestigator’s references;
  
• Manufacturing technology (quantity of the product produced);
  
• Ergonomics;
  
• Design;
  
• Ecological safety;
  
• Warranty period;
  
• Unification;
  
• Improvement capabilities;
  
• Depretiation of exploitation cost;
  
• Improvement of existing systems.

Documents for Participation in the Contest:

• copy of item’s certificate (if certification is obligatory);
  
• copy of item’s passport with technical characteristics;
  
• comperative characteristic of item with its up-to date analogues;
  
• copies of exhibition’s diplomas (if available);
  
• reference report on enterprise (production volume, quality mantainance information, production distribution regions etc.)
  
• copies of documents confirming participation in federal programs and events (if available);
  
• user’s and investigator’s references.
  

Obligatory for Participation in the Contest:

• provide application for participation in accordance with the form set not later than July 20, 2008;
  
• provide named documents to the Exhibition’s Organizing Committee on August 1, 2008.
  

PROVISION on medal GUARANTY OF QUALITY AND SAFETY of the contest NATIONAL SECURITY
The present provision stipulates the order of rewarding with medal Guarantee of Quality and Safety of exhibitions participants within the frameworks of the Contest National Security. The list of the exhibitions for the current year can be found in the Conditions for Participation in the present Contest.
The medal Guarantee of Quality and Safety is rewarded to laureates of the Contests held during the correspondent specialized exhibitions work. The reward of the participants of the Contest is fulfilled on the base of the report of the Contest Committee.
The medal Guarantee of Quality and Security has only one highest degree. Medal "GUARANTEE OF QUALITY AND SAFETY" has only one degree. The Medal can be given to products (technologies, services), companies (organizations) and individuals. The winners of the Contest receive Medal "GUARANTEE OF QUALITY AND SAFETY" and a Diploma of the Exhibition. A Diploma confirms the rights of ownership of the Medal as well as the rights of using its logo on the labels of the awarded products with obligatory indication of the year when the product was awarded.

Description of Medal "GUARANTEE OF QUALITY AND SAFETY"
Medal "GUARANTEE OF QUALITY AND SAFETY" is manufactured at The of Gosznak Moscow Mint of Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation from the alloy of golden color and has a shape of a circle 50 mm in diameter with prominent edging on both sides.
On the face side of the Medal there is a relief image of the emblem of International Magazine "National Security" containing a sword and a torch crossed on a shield as a symbol of cooperation and safety, against a background there is the globe in a frame of oak leaves. Along the edges there are two raised legends in Russian and in English, divided by the five corner stars - "ГАРАНТИЯ КАЧЕСТВА И БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ" on top and "GUARANTEE OF QUALITY AND SAFETY" on the bottom.
On the back there is a raised legend in Russian and then duplicated in English: "ОТ ВЫЖИВАНИЯ – К РАЗВИТИЮ, ОТ УСПЕХА – К МОГУЩЕСТВУ" in the center at the top and "FROM SURVIVAL - TO DEVELOPMENT, FROM SUCCESS - TO POWER" in the center at the bottom, divided by the relief stripe. Along the edges there are raised legends "NATIONAL SECURITY" at the top and "НАЦИОНАЛЬНАЯ БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬ" at the bottom, divided by the five corner stars
